You must be 18 or older, or have parental consent with me to purchase. Anyone 17 years of age or younger must provide proof of parental consent.

Shipping: All purchases ship free of shipping unless the animal is sold at a discounted price due to an offer or sale in which the seller will either give a shipping cost or will continue to go with free shipping. All auctions that end under $250 will have a flat rate shipping cost of $75, auctions that end over $250 will be shipped free of charge. All animals will be guaranteed live arrival. All packages must be picked up from your nearest FedEx Hub and you must open the package as soon as you sign for it at the FedEx Hub.

Payment Plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 20% deposit and the balance paid within 2 weeks for any purchase under $500, within 30 days for any purchase between $500-$2,500, and 60 days for any purchase larger than $2,500. Must be agreed to by the seller. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final. No payment plans will be allowed on auctioned animals. All auctions must be paid in full within 24 Hours.

Heath/Sex Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed healthy. All animals will have a minimum of 5 meals and 1 shed other than their pre-lay shed before shipping. Animals are guaranteed to ship free of mites or ticks. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), the seller is responsible for a refund or replacement. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. The claim period is 7 days, please double-check the sex of your purchase upon arrival. The Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised.

Genetic guarantee: We can not 100% guarantee the accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals because of increasing complexity when multiple genes are at play. ALL Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are always FULLY guaranteed.

Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
